[7-16-04] A Worker toils to prepare for the monthly food distribution in the Touloum Refugee Camp in Eastern Chad which hosts displaced people from the Darfur region of Western Sudan. Each family receives a monthly ration, and distribution takes ten full days each month to reach all of the camp’s approximately 15,000 refugees. The World Food Program (WFP) provides the food.
